B) For Two (2) Lots Inventory – 75% of the Total Contract Price ( TCP ) and Interment Fee.
C) Three (3) Lots and above
Downpayment – 50% of the Total Contract Price ( TCP )
Monthly Amortization – remaining 50% of the TCP payable over a maximum period of three (3) years at 18% per annum interest rate
II. Zero Interest Schemes/Deferred Cash Payments
• Total Contract Price payable over a period of twelve (12) months
